Tilt-Up Building - Indio, CA

This 45,000 sq. ft. tilt-up concrete building was designed to keep occupants comfortable in the hot desert climate.

The office areas are two story. A high bay warehouse area has evaporative coolers and the loading dock doors have seals to keep the wind, heat and sand out.
|
- We have also designed the other four existing tilt-up concrete buildings in the Golden Triangle Business Park.
- Watch for the 42,900 sq. ft. distribution building planned to start construction in the last quarter of 2008.
